The Board of Directors wants to notify all 3111 Varsity Condo owners and residents of an up coming bike storage clean up.

All owners and residents bikes must be tagged before August 15,2025 because all bikes that are not properly identified with new white tags being placed on the bike frame, handlebar or locking device used to lock bike to the bike storage locker frame will be removed and donated to a charity youth group for bicycle restoration.
