The Board of Directors wants to notify all 3111 Varsirty Condo residents of the upcoming parkade garage floor cleaning that will happen on Thursday April 23/2025 starting at 8:00am to 5:00pm. 

All vehicles must be removed by 8:00am so cleaning crews can clean all the parking stalls. Any cars not removed owners will be fined $250.00 dollars.

Parking arrangements have been made with the Foothills Lutheran Church but there is to be no parking in any stalls marked for STAFF PARKING in either the upper or lower parking areas.
