The Board of Directors wants to notify all 3111 Varsity residents that on

Thursday, Aug.06/2026 from 9:00am - 2:00pm the ramp garage overhead door will be repaired.

If you require the use of your vehicle between 9:00am and 2:00pm you will need to remove your vehicle from the parkade before 9:00am. 

Once the door is closed and work starts on the repair of the door it cannot be opened until all the work is complete. 

Notices have been placed in the building in elevators and on access doors.
